How to remove non drip wood and metal gloss off stone tiles?

I had a problem similar to this with some sealer I put on my ceramic tile. I called the manufacturer of the sealants I used and told them the problem I was having and they in turn told me what I needed to remove it. there should be a phone number on the gloss you used.
