try soaking it in oxyclean overnight and then wash in the morning that should get out the stain.soak it in the washing machine thats the easiest way to do it start the wash cycle pour the oxyclean in and your laundry detergent let it wash a couple of minutes stop the washer let it sit overnight and start the washer back the next day .you should be fine.
