Maintenance could be an issue. I've read a bunch of appliance reviews where people complain about the maintenance for black products. Here are some more reviews, some might be better than others.

In addition to the very accurate up-keep concerns mentioned below, your biggest headaches may be dings and scratches. These are very difficult to touch up on a gloss finish, and will mar the look of your sleek kitchen. I love the look of black cabinets -- as do many of my design clients -- but suggest a more livable stained or low-lustre painted finish. Well I've seen them and though they are pretty, fingerprints are it's worst enemy. So if you plan on rubbing it down all the time, I would avoid any glossy black in an area where people are touching it all the time.
Don't do it if you plan to actually use the kitchen for cooking, or don't mind it looking filthy all the time.
Every fingerprint, smudge, grease splatter, flour grain, dust speck ... it all shows.
Though very beautiful....you will become a slave to it! It is NOT maintenance free
