take a nail clipper and take that plastic thing off...you know the one that cleans off the brush when you pull it out. and its real easy to take it off with that and you should be able to get it out.How do I get all the lip gloss out of the bottle???
Soak it in warm water then rinse it out.
pour rubbing alcohol in it, shake it up, pour it out, pour more in, close it, let it sit for a while.
