Is there any way I can get gloss of carpets or the stuff you paint the shed of flags?Spilt Gloss on Carpet Can I get it out?
While it is wet you may get it off with polyclens brushcleaner. Do not use white spirit, as it just thins and spreads it around.
If you can't get polyclens then try painters handcleaner from a proper decorators store - otherwise in 30 yrs I have never found anything effective.
Once it is dry you can only try to shave the gloss off with a single edged razor blade or even sandpaper depending on the carpet.
