Well hopefully, you are talking about a bad cut in job(so there isn't that much to remove) scrape it off. The use of chemical removers will damage the gloss paint where you do want the paint. If you just ';scored on these windows'; then paint stripper should do it. Try applying it on some pvc pipe first and see what happens.Can anyone suggest how i can remove gloss paint from pvc window frames.....?
there is a product call liquid sandpaper put it on leave it a few minutes and flush with water then wipe remaining off with mineral spirits
