Can a 13 year old wear, mascara,lip gloss,eyeliner and founation to school??

Cuz thats what i want to do = ^) oh yea and can they wear thongs?Can a 13 year old wear, mascara,lip gloss,eyeliner and founation to school??
Go easy on the make-up, you're still young and you don't want to look washed up so young. Technically you CAN do whatever you want, but I would say probably don't get started on that too early.

Depending on your school you might be able to wear makeup. I still wouldn't though because 13 year olds don't need makeup. I wouldn't recommend wearing a thong. Abercrombie started selling thongs for 13 year olds and got into a lot of trouble because they shouldn't be wearing something like that. I know you most of you probably won't want to hear this, but thongs, especially synthetic fiber ones, can cause yeast infections and can be uncomfortable for many girls. I really wouldn't recommend wearing makeup or a thong at 13 for the sake of many things.
Yeha whatever your preference is. I would just wear mascara and lip gloss. Ditch the foundation, it is not really needed until you are in your older teen years. Foundation's purpose is to hide flaws, such as wrinkles, sun spots and other imperfect skin color. But you are young, you still have baby skin, so try not to throw a lot on it. And thongs? Ditch them too. Your age, you don't need them. When you wear a thong, that means that you know you are sexy already because they will make you feel sexy. It serves the only purpose of making a woman feel sexy and getting sexual attractions. So DITCH EM TOO. I hate them, its like a wedgie 24/7.
YES! just have to make them look really natural! i started when i was 14, and now am 15. when i started wearing makeup people at school were looking at me like i was crazy or something! and thats because i had alot on and didn't make it look natural! then i tone it down and the Honey! the compliments didn't stop! and yea to thongs! i wear them! but so ppls won't see underwear line ONLY!





and do what i did, use the summer to practice.

Yes of course you can, just don't over do it! And yea they can wear thongs. No one is gonna see em during the day except the girls in the PE lockers. Unless you wanna flash em down the halls, I don't think that's a good idea.
why not wear some make up








here are some tips for making it look a little more natural:





mascara- get a shade that matches your eye lash color


lip gloss- your pick


eyeliner- try brown


foundation- get a type that has blending microbeads and gives you a nice natural glow

Of course. I wear both and I'm 15. Don't let parents hold you back. They should be open for whatever you want to do. And thongs and make up isn't hurting you or anyone else. Maybe your parents because your growing up fast, but good luck!
um if your a strip queen. okay honey leave thongs for over 17. okay? you will be called a slutt. trust me. i have a friend........................ anyway foundation i started wearing when i was 15-16. dont go heavy on eyeliner. the rest is ok
I'm 12 and i'm gonna start wearing eyeliner, black eyeshadow, and make up like that. Ur 13 so it should be fine and plus i'm doing watever the hell i want so can u. Idk bout thongs though...if ur comfortable wearing them then i guess go for it!!! XD

um...i dont think it would be a problem if u wore makeup to school. i started wearing makeup, at, like, 11! and im 15 now. but, um...i dont think you should wear a thong! ur only 13, u know!

I'm thirteen also, and i wear all of that. No one thinks anything of it, i wouldnt wear a thong tho, that only means one thing, that ur a slut.

I do all of those and im 13 I dont see why not as long as youi dont look like a whor33..umm lay off the lip gloss tho its gross. buy sum chapstick instead :)

Yes, she can...but she shouldn't. a pit of mascara if you are blonde and lip gloss is all you need.
I would wear less makeup then that, and not thongs, but boy shorts instead. Don't act too old if you're only 13.
